Memphis rapper Jucee Froot indicted on drug charge, DA says

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A Memphis rapper has been indicted on a felony drug charge, according to the DeSoto County District Attorney’s Office.

Terrica Alexander, also known as 29-year-old Memphis rapper Jucee Froot, was indicted stemming from a stop by the DeSoto County Sheriff’s Department in August 2022.

The car she was a passenger in had 8.96 grams of Psilocybin, also known as Mushrooms. It is used to be consumed for their hallucinogenic effects, confirmed by toxicology reports from the Mississippi Crime Lab.

“My administration is aggressively prosecuting felony drug charges because we know there is an insidious link between drugs and violent crime,” said District Attorney Matthew Barton.
